Mygrafico Party Ideas & Giveaways Blog
Looking for Pirate party ideas? I recently put together a fun Pirate party, filled with fun details, and simple printables.
I’ll show you ideas on how you can display your cupcakes, serve popcorn, and display the free pirate sign download, that I offered in my last post.
Pirate parties are all the rage right now. This is actually the second Pirate themed party I’ve put together this year.
Although this theme is very popular, I love how no two pirate parties are alike.
The first thing I started off when creating this party was design the party printables.
With the help of Pirate themed clip art from revidevi, and creepy digital paper from Lilly Bimble, I was able to construct a Pirate sign,
cupcake toppers, a banner, napkin rings, bottle wrappers, and circle tags!
I found some cute Pirate themed paper plates at Target, and knew they would work perfectly with my party.
Plain red napkins were given a little flair, by adding striped napkin rings that I created with the digital paper.
A small wooden pirate ship was placed nearby, to coordinate with the other ships in the plate, and sign.
Small cups of Swedish fish that sat next to a sign that reads ‘Catch of the day’ is just a few more
Pirate party ideas that are easy to duplicate. The sign I created really pops inside of the red frame.
I also created a ‘Pirate’s punch’ sign, and displayed it next to bottles of Kool-Aid, and a
fun painted Mason jar, that I filled with polka dotted paper straws.
I covered the plain red juice bottles with wrappers that were also cut from the striped digital paper.
Even the simplest detail can add so much.
Popcorn is always an easy, fun “go-to” party snack! I served the popcorn in striped cardboard holders.
And check out the cool skull balloons! They couldn’t be more perfect, and are such a simple addition to any party!
I also added printable circle tags to the front of the popcorn holders.
And to spruce up the foam pirate swords a bit, I punched out circle toppers from my striped digital paper,
and attached them to the fronts of all the swords.
My cupcakes never looked so Aaargh-dorable! I love the fun toppers I created with the pirate clip art.
I also made cupcake wrappers with the digital paper.
And here is my Pirate sign download! I used it on my table backdrop.
It was the perfect spot to warn everyone about this being a Pirates only party zone!
I hope my Pirate party ideas have inspired you to get started on your own Pirate themed party!
Be sure to check out all the other Pirate clip art, and digital paper from their site!
